What we noticed
Rubery Owen Group Charitable Trust, Warwickshire Mark Benevolent Fund and Rotary Club Of Edgbaston Convention Trust Fund are explicitly grant-makers, while Highclare School also reports making grants to organisations despite being principally visible as an independent school. Together, they form a potentially significant but dispersed layer of civic funding capacity.
Why it is interesting
These organisations have different visible identities: a corporate-origin trust, a Masonic benevolent fund, a Rotary-linked fund and a school. Yet each has a mechanism for transferring resources to other organisations, and some can also support individuals.
